LyfeShowsUp is a movement inspired by my personal journey. In 2017, I was compelled to take a step back, reflect, and embark on a path of self-discovery, healing, and finding purpose. My goal was not merely to survive, but to heal, grow, and assist others in their journeys as well. 

I'm Leilani, a freelance writer dedicated to empowering women through healing. As a servant leader, a mother, and a believer in Christ, I firmly believe that pain is not meant to shatter us; rather, it serves to uncover the strength we never knew we possessed. LyfeShowsUp embodies that understanding—a sanctuary where women can access guidance, support, and the courage to reclaim their power.
